So here's a few problems I've been having with weighting. Now it's cutting too close and I need some help. I can keep tweaking and working through it but at this point I need more than that.

If I weight paint the rig at the origin of the world with a bunch of different poses, it'll be fine. As soon as I move the rig to another location and then animate her sitting in a chair, it won't look the same as it does at the center of the world.

Certain points in the rig are also a problem area, the joints in specific areas like the hip and the shoulder area are becoming a problem area that when I correct it, it'll become very different when I look at the rig in a scene. It's like it depends on so many other joints and bones.

Their eyelashes are a huge area of concern. As soon as I move her, her eyelashes get dragged along with her, and when I weight paint harder, because the eyelashes are such a small piece of geometry, I can't weight paint her farther, it'll distort the piece.

There is also an issue of not being able to mirror the weights across the body. There probably is a way, and I just haven't found it, but this is my last hurdle and I need help at this point to get it done.
