More than halfway done with basic posing. I've poured in a lot of work into character setup and I still have weighting them to go to get my final skinned rig. One part of the project needs to be handled more carefully and that's animating. What my hack is, is that there are key poses in every sequence, they'll move slightly in each pose of the montage, but from the pose itself you should get the tone. Most of the work should be done in body language, blinks, eyes, hopefully facial features. Trying to keep myself from animating walk cycles or anything complicated because I need to keep in mind how much time I have.
Here's kind of a sneak peak at the pose of when he falls down... 2 more scenes left to do really rough 1st pass animation. Then I'm gonna start fine-tuning.
